SP2012 Welcome Cocktail
Sunday 6th May 2012 from 19:30 to 20:30 at the Pullman Hotel - Espace Flore (the Pullman hotel is situated in front of the conference centre)
Please note entry will be denied without SP2012 cocktail tickets
SP2012 Cocktail
Monday 7th May 2012 from 19:30 to 23:30 at Château Sogeant,
30 route de Cénac BP 7 - 33880 Saint Caprais de Bordeaux - Tel : 05.56.20.71.20
Transport will be provided: meeting point at the Conference centre at 19:00. Return transport also provided. A system of shuttle buses will be in place: first shuttle at 22:00, second shuttle scheduled at 22:30, third at 23:10, fourth and last shuttle at 23:40. Buses will leave guests at the SP2012 conference centre

SP2012 Gala Dinner
Wednesday 9th May 2012 from 20:30 to 00:00 at Bordeaux Place de la Bourse, 19 Place de la Bourse, 33076, Bordeaux
Transport is not provided, but the organizing committee will have tram tickets available for those who wish to go by public transport.
Please note entry will be denied without SP2012 gala dinner tickets
Extra social events tickets (to any of the social events) can be purchased separately by filling in and returning the following SP2012 Social Events Purchase order form to gilles.caprais@aaaf.asso.fr
