Registration
You can now proceed to your online registration until 27th April. To do so, please follow this link and register via our provider Congrex.
All Participants including Chairmen and Authors are requested to register and settle their registration fee prior to the conference.

All prices quoted are in EURO - Registration fees are free of tax.
The registration fee includes conference attendance, conference documentation, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, access to the exhibition, 1 (one) welcome cocktail ticket and 1 (one) gala dinner ticket.
Students are obliged to forward the conference secretariat their student card as proof (only cards valid for the 2010/2011 will be accepted).
ONLY SPEAKERS DELIVERING A PRESENTATION CAN REGISTER AS "SPEAKER/CHAIRMAN" AT 800.00€
CO-AUTHORS ARE REQUESTED TO REGISTER AS "PARTICIPANTS"
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference and must be in writing. At less than 15 days from the conference 600.00 € cancellation fee will apply. Delegates whom do not cancel before the start of the conference (7th May 2012) will be liable to the full registration fees.
SOCIAL EVENTS PARTICIPATION
ACCESS TO ANY OR ALL OF THE SOCIAL EVENTS WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT A RELEVANT TICKET
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Extra social events tickets will be available for purchase when registering for the conference. Rates per social event will be available shortly.
